NEW YORK (AP) — Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot in a Las Vegas drive-thru chapel late at night on Saturday, culminating a relationship that spanned two decades in two separate romances and made headlines. countless tabloid covers.
Lopez announced their nuptials Sunday in her fan newsletter with the caption, “We Made It.” Lopez originally went public with her engagement in April on the same newsletter, “On the J Lo.”

Lopez, 52, and Affleck, 49, dated in the early 2000s, spawning the nickname “Bennifer,” before rekindling their romance last year. They previously starred together in “Gigli” in 2003 and “Jersey Girl” in 2004. At that time, they got engaged but never married.
Affleck married Jennifer Garner in 2005, with whom he shares three children. They divorced in 2018.
