Meanwhile, filming for the action movie Vikram Vedha starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan has wrapped up. Billed as an action-thriller on the edge of the siege, the film is based on the popular Indian folk tale Vikram aur Betal. It tells the story of a tough cop (Saif) who sets out to track down and chase down a menacing gangster (Hrithik).
The upcoming Hindi film is a remake of the 2017 Tamil blockbuster of the same name, which starred R Madhavan as a cop and Vijay Sethupathi as a gangster. Filmmaking duo Pushkar and Gayatri, who helmed the original film, also made the Hindi version.
