Mrs Madhvi Awasthi was crowned the new Gladrags Mrs India 2008 at the grand finale of the Bombay Dyeing Gladrags Mrs India Contest 2008. Mrs Tanu Singh and Mrs Yukti Mehandiratta won the first and second runner up positions respectively.

The contestants did not have to go through the usual swimsuit round, instead they modeled in bed linen drape.

The judges of the contest were Mrs Maureen Wadia, National award winner Shabana Azmi, Bollywood star Mahima Choudhury, Malaika Arora Khan, John Abraham, Mehul Choksi, Mr S K Gupta, Dr Amardas Gupta and Director of Botox Rajiv Nagi

Most of the Aishwarya Rai fans staleness hit been ownership their hopes broad with her tone stake ‘Pink Panther 2′. The bonny actress though gives them a think for dissapointment.

Aishwarya refused to dress disclosing clothes for a ordering in the film. She reportedly said no to the accumulation incharge and the administrator and that she wasn’t easy in flaunting her assests.
