Bollywood Gossip - BIPS loses brand to KARISMA

Bipasha Basu Bipasha Basu who is known for her dusky beauty and sexy because of her past performances, lost on another front. First, she was signed as a brand ambassador by a jewelery brand. Later, the company had second thought that she did not fit the bill because of her dusky complexion and, therefore, did not represent the image of a 'family woman'. So, the brand replaced her with Karisma. The latter is out of the movies but busy in endorsements, presumably due to her relatively white skin. Not only that the company had the gut to inform Bips that she has been replaced by Karisma. This has hurt many a model and actress and of course Bipasha. Would Bipasha's fans take up their heroine's cause with the jewelry brand for their "unfair" decision.
